Our Library
Crowland library is situated within Crowland Community Hub on Hall Street in Crowland. The Library itself provides a wide range of both adult and children's reading books. in 2024 we issued in excess of 8500 books to active readers in the town. We also had in excess of 20,000 visitors across the year. The Library stocks in the region of 4,000 books to chose from. The library is run by Heather Beeken supported by her team of enthusiastic volunteers.

The library is also a centre for community activities during the week as well as the very popular Lego club on a Saturday, popular by children and mums and Dads too.

The Library is also used by other Crowland organisations to run events such as Crowland Cares who run Bingo monthly and a coffee morning three times a year. Other organisations book this space for meetings during the year too. Preschools in the Town also visit the Library with their children as does the children from Southview School who enhance their learning with their visits.

in the school holidays Heather and her team organise activity days and craft events which are well attended and allow the children some fun time being creative.

The Library is also home to the Crowland History Group who meet in the Library
every Thursday to discuss all things Historical & Crowland - This group has a wealth of knowledge and will always welcome visitors on this morning.
